Water, water and more water

This past year we again celebrate all the work that was carried out in rural villages throughout South India. Everywhere we venture when bringing water we experience grateful people. The comments about life before water never get old and resultantly our efforts are well worth the time and sacrifice it takes to carry out our mission.

In 2009 we brought water to 62 new places and believe that approximately 30,000 people are benefiting from our work this year. This brings our total number of fresh water projects since our inception to 380.

From a financial standpoint, Wells for Life® continues to be strong and again this year around 95% of your giving goes directly into project related expenses. More than ever your giving is actually making a difference in saving lives. I know you have many choices when it comes to giving and I just want to personally say thank you for entrusting Wells for Life® with your gift. The reality continues to be without your help, people in the rural areas would continue to suffer various sicknesses and some may even die because they lack access to safe water.

This year the goal remains the same and that is to save lives!
